Apple Dumpling Gang Rides Again in November

          This month we had another great match for all of our cowboys.

A. Wall and Summer Breeze wrote the stages for this month's match based on the Disney film "The Apple Dumpling Gang" as a follow up to an earlier match they had written for us.  The stages were well written and provided fun scenarios that made for a great match.

          We had 33 shooters join us to enjoy a beautiful day at our range.   New shooters, Pistol Creek, Outcast, Ziggy the Kid, Duffield and John Mandingo came out for their first match with the Regulators and we certainly hope they had a great time and will return again. 

          Middle Creek Kid was the Top Gun overall with A. Wall and Mort Dooley close behind.  Lil Weasel was the top senior and in 5^th place overall, Summer Breeze our top ladies junior.  Congratulations to Summer Breeze for really shooting a great match!!  Be sure to check out the Scores section on the website for the complete list of shooters.

          There were four shooters who also hit every target for a clean match!  Summer Breeze, TN Hawk, Tenn Critr and Duffield all had deadly aim in November.  Great shooting!

          As most of you have noticed, there has been a good bit of construction going on lately at our range.  We have a nice restroom facility and have added a really nice floor to the shelter which can be used for registration and other things such as food tables and visitor area or meetings.  We have almost completed another stage front on bay 1 which should be ready by the December match if the weather holds out.  Our range has really progressed in the last year with a facility that is getting better as we go.  Each month we are having good numbers of shooters at our matches and prospective new shooters call and ask for information on a regular basis as well.  Hopefully, our club will continue to grow and be a fun place for everyone to enjoy the sport of cowboy action shooting.
